Thank you. Stricken vs multiple enemies is irrelevant, as each hydra with 5 heads can attack different targets. Funny thing is, meanwhile I started HC season. Attack Speed of Hydra depends on that of its master, and each head spits independently. Hydra has a zero Proc Coefficient. In other words, Wizard will not gain any healing for Hydra's attacks, and these attacks will not trigger any 'on hit' special effects.
