Are there seats at o2 academy birmingham
Tickets are subject to availability, and are only available to UK Barclaycard holders only. Yes, there is level access to the majority of our main auditoriums, just visit the Access page using the navigation bar for more information.
We work hard with Attitude Is Everything to continually improve acess for all our customers. Give us a call or drop us an email for more details on wheelchair-accessible spaces at shows. Some of our box offices, but not all, have a mic, speaker, induction-loop system and lowered counters. We have full travel information and a guide to getting around the local area on our Access pages. Our venues across the country accept the Access Card scheme from Nimbus Disability.
For more information on the card and how to get one, visit the site. There are toilets throughout the venue, and some of our venues have a dedicated, RADAR-key-accessible toilet. Please check our Access page before your visit for more information. Staff will happily assist if needed. Should you require braille or large print material, or need anything else at all for your visit, please let us know in advance. Just get in touch. If you have any questions or an access requirement not included please just get in touch and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
More details on age restrictions can be found in Venue Info. Your ticket should state a start time. However, all timings are subject to change. Any fake IDs will be confiscated, sorry. Our Glasgow venues only accept a full or provisional driver's licence, or a valid passport please. Sorry but no, and this includes chewing gum. We have bars, snack food and free drinking water available.
Any bits you think you think you really need to bring for health purposes, just get in touch. Get in touch to see if we can help. You can report lost property on our Contact page. We prefer feedback from our audience than we do from our sound system so if you want to get in touch, check our Contact page or ask a member of security for the Duty Manager during a show.
Just find a staff member during a show. Any young children or adults should speak to a staff member or ask for the Duty Manager ahead of the show. Anyone bringing children should be responsible for protecting their little ears — staff will happily provide ear plugs on request.
If this is an issue, please let a member of staff know. If you have any special medical-related requirements, do let us know in advance , too. We reserve the right to refuse admission without a reason, so if you appear drunk or behave inappropriately in the queue, we might refuse you entry without a refund.
Also be aware that in some cities, drinking alcohol in the street or on public transport is against the law. Our venues, from time to time, use breathalysers too and anyone under 18 suspected of consuming alcohol will not be admitted and will not get a refund. Please see our full terms and conditions of entry. Sorry, but backstage is mostly just crew ferrying stuff back and forth. Always check travel before you head out, you can find out everything you know about our local transport links and the easiest way to get to us, on our Venue Info page.
We strongly recommend using public transport whenever possible, but for details on local parking and other travel information click our Venue Info page. For tips on where to park your bike, visit our Venue Info travel section. Just so you know, cashless means just that - paying by card or contactless rather than hard cash.
Even though we do encourage cashless, we completely understand that some of you prefer to pay for things using hard cash, so just look out for the signs over our bars when you get here and where you can still pay cash if you want to.

O2 Academy Birmingham has three venues, so it can get busy if they're all in full swing at the same time. O2 Academy Birmingham is the largest and has a raised viewing area on the balcony up one floor. To get there, we have a lift or stairs with turns. All customers who have balcony tickets for the main room are advised in advance, and upon arrival, of our no-standing policy; and our staff are present to enforce this.
Please just let our security team know if anyone repeatedly obstructs your sightline from our designated viewing area. O2 Academy2 Birmingham has a dedicated balcony as a viewing area. O2 Academy3 Birmingham is our smallest venue. Just so you know, e-cigarettes and vapes are not permitted, please see our FAQs for details. Our bar staff will also circulate at regular intervals and be happy to go to the bar for you.
O2 Academy3 Birmingham, being our smallest venue, has just one bar, with a lowered service section. The facilities are in stalls in the main auditorium and from box office points for O2 Academy2 Birmingham and O2 Academy3 Birmingham shows. We have a medics room in the venue ground level , if you require any assistance or a private area at any point, please just speak to a member of our staff.
Any particular requirements can of course be asked in confidence and in advance. Just get in touch. Should you need to bring food or drink to manage a medical condition, or bring medicines or medical equipment with you, just get in touch. For any O2 Academy2 Birmingham shows, if available, it will be on the floor of the auditorium, so please ask any of our staff for assistance.
If this is an issue, please do let one of our team know, before or during an event.
